π Eligibility & Time Frame:

Returns and exchanges are accepted if reported within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).

For size issues or if youβve received the wrong product, you can request an exchange within this 7-day period.

We will arrange a free reverse pickup and replace the item with the correct size or product of equal value.

If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, the price difference to be paid online.

Items must be unused, with the original sticker/label attached, properly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

In case of not following up these conditions, exchanges or returns will not be processed.
πΈ Refund Policy:

Refunds are only provided for defective products.

Refund for a faulty item, kindly email us onΒ info.whimsyvibes@gmail.com with your order details, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method or a provided bank account.

Slight variations in color or print design due to lighting or screen settings are not grounds for return or refund.

If the issue is found to be due to customer mishandling, a refund will not be issued.

Please do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.

Used or washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.

If you receive a T-shirt but the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size without any extra charge (free exchange). However, you the refund can not be given in that case.Β

Only one exchange or return is allowed per order.
π¦ Return Charges (Exceptional Cases):

If a return is accepted for reasons other than product defect or incorrect delivery, a βΉ100 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reverse pickup logistics.
