• Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working days depending on your location.

• Delivery to Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast India may take up to 10 working days.

• In rare cases (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather, or low stock), delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

🔍 Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.

• If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us at info.whimsyvibes@gmail.com

We ship your orders using trusted courier partners including:

Courier service is selected based on your pincode for the fastest delivery.

📬 Product Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?

• Sometimes packages are received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms.

• If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received the item, please inform us within 48 hours of the notification.

• We will raise the issue with the courier and resolve it within 10 working days.

• If no complaint is raised within 48 hours of the delivery notification, we will not be responsible for any loss.

In genuine cases where the package cannot be located after investigation, we will issue a full refund.
